Hemp Seed
Hulled hemp seeds are one of the best sources of vegetable protein in the world. They're highly versatile, easily digestible and they taste delicious.
Hulled hemp seeds are whole seeds after the crunchy outer shells have been removed. This removes the source of insoluble fibre, increases the protein level and decreases the carbohydrate content. It also makes them more tender to eat.

Hemp Seed Oil
Hemp Seed Oil has a light, nutty taste and is an excellent source of omega-3 and omega-6, one teaspoon represents 10% of the daily recommendation of vitamin E. and hemp seed oil is free from trans fats and cholesterol. Used as a culinary oil or as an ingredient in anything from pet food to personal care products to a range of industrial applications.

Refined Hemp Oil
All of the goodness, and wellness properties of our cold-pressed - but colorless & odorless and with a high smoke point making it suitable for frying. Blue Sky's refined hemp seed oil is food grade and rich in nutrients, omega fatty acids, and proteins making it a popular ingredient for body care and nutraceuticals (move over fish oil).

Hemp Protein
Hemp Protein Powder is an excellent source of plant-based protein. This complete protein is packed with antioxidants, minerals, fibre, and heart-healthy unsaturated fats. Used in plant-based dairy formulations, nutritional drink powders, protein bars, meat-analogs, and many other applications.

Quality Assured from Seed-to-Sale
Blue Sky’s 15,000 square foot state-of-the-art hemp central processing facility is located in Saskatoon and is capable of processing 5,500 tonnes per year of hemp seed into a number of superfood products. Our facility has been designed with the goal of achieving the highest food processing certifications and adheres to a comprehensive QA program from seed-to-sale. We take extra safety steps on our food processing line to maintain an exemplary level of nutrition and flavour from our products while extending the shelf-life.
Blue Sky's Food facility is Primus GFS certified with product certifications that include Organic, Kosher, and Non-GMO. All Blue Sky products are nut-free and dairy-free.
